Welcome to your trusted Immigration partner for studying in Canada
Study Permit
A Canadian study permit offers international students the opportunity to study at top-tier institutions in designated learning institutions (DLIs) in Canada. Understanding the application process, eligibility requirements, and the rights and responsibilities that come with the study permit will help ensure a smooth transition to studying in Canada.

Student Direct Stream (SDS)
The Student Direct Stream (SDS) is an excellent option for students from eligible countries who want to study in Canada and meet the requirements for faster study permit processing. By providing a streamlined and predictable application process, the SDS makes it easier and quicker for eligible students to obtain their Canadian study permit, allowing them to focus on their studies and future goals in Canada. Typically, applications through the SDS are processed in about 20 calendar days. However, processing times can vary depending on the applicant’s specific situation and the volume of applications.

Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP)
Designed for international students who have completed a study program at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada, the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) is an essential pathway for international graduates to gain Canadian work experience and enhance their eligibility for permanent residency in Canada. By offering the flexibility to work anywhere in Canada after completing studies, the PGWP provides valuable opportunities for graduates to build their careers in Canada and potentially transition to permanent residency. If you meet the eligibility criteria, it can be an excellent way to stay in Canada and gain important work experience after your studies.

Study Permit
Many international students choose to work while studying in Canada in order to gain more Canadian working experience and to offset expenses. This can be achieved by acquiring an open work permit which is permissible via the study permit. Upon graduating and having worked in Canada for one year, you are eligible to apply for permanent residence under the Canada Experience Class program and through various provincial immigration programs or be eligible to gain employment with a Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).
If you are coming to Canada to study and have a spouse or common-law partner, as well as children, they may be able to accompany you on visitor visas or work permits. The spouse or partner may apply for an Open Work Permit,
which allows them to work for any employer in Canada. Additionally, your children are entitled to attend public school and your whole family will be able to receive government health insurance.
